General Terms

www.grapplewear.co.uk and Grapple Wear are the trading names of Grapple Wear Ltd.

You agree that email is a suitable form of communication regarding your orders, and that you have access to an email account.

You agree to ensure that all personal and financial details that you provide to Grapple Wear are correct, and you undertake responsibility to ensure that you keep your personal and financial records, as stored by www.grapplewear.co.uk , upto date.

During the creation of your account you will have to create a username and password. It is your responsibility to ensure that you keep these details safe and secure, and we strongly advise you not to pass these details onto any third party. You must use only these login details when using our website. You must not sell or transfer your username and/or password to any third party, not permit anyone except for yourself to use your username or password.

Your personal and financial details will be held on record by Grapple Wear but will not be passed on to any outside party under any circumstances.

You accept responsibility to ensure that the credit/debit card that you use for payment is your own, that the details that you supply are correct, and that you have sufficient funds to cover the cost of goods ordered.

If there are any changes to your financial or personal details, then it is your responsibility to make the changes yourself via 'my account' or to inform us of any changes.

All prices include United Kingdom taxes. If ordering from outside of the European Union, you may be liable for local taxes and duties upon delivery of your order.

This website should only be used for ordering purposes by persons over the age of eighteen.

Order processing

All credit and debit card payments are debited automaticly by the bank upon your authorisation. The transaction will appear on your credit card statement as either Grapple Wear.

Grapple Wear endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours and sometimes same day if ordered before 12pm
Your order status will be emailed to you at each stage and with tracking number if ordered by special delivery

Back Orders

In the event that an item is out of stock at the time of ordering then you are still able to place an order for that item (this process is called a 'Back Order'), which will then be shipped out to you as soon as we receive the item/s back into stock.

Your card will not be debited for these goods until we have received them into stock and have the goods ready to ship to you.

We cannot guarantee the restocking dates of some goods to due factors outside of our control. All specified dates should be considered as approximate.

You may cancel any Back Orders you have.

In the case that the price of the goods ordered changes between the time of your Back Order being placed and the actual date of us restocking the goods, then we will take one of two possible actions: 1) If the new price of the goods is lower than the price that you Back Ordered the goods at, then we will automatically charge you the new lower price and update your order accordingly. 2) In the case that the new price of the goods is higher<
